Torbay Councillor for Churston with Galmpton
Adam Billings is on the Executive Council of the Association and was elected as Councillor for Churston with Galmpton in May 2023.
Adam lives in the ward, having grown up locally and attended Whiterock primary school.
Adam was Chairman of the Churston, Galmpton and Broadsands Community Partnership for 10 years. In this role he assisted on a large number of community issues and helped write the Brixham Peninsula Neighbourhood Plan. Adam is also the Chairman of a local nature conservation Charity.
