Anna Tolchard is Chairman of the Conservative Women's Organisation for the Totnes Association.
Anna was born in Torbay and returned to live in Brixham 22 years ago. She worked in local government and, for 36 years, worked for Members of Parliament at Westminster. Having previously served two terms on Torbay Council, during which time she held the role of Cabinet Member for Children’s Services, she was re-elected in May 2023.
